Paul F. Rulison (Principal)

Paul Rulison is a Principal of Treo Solutions with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, including serving as President and CEO at a number of community hospitals. Mr. Rulison has worked extensively with organizations in all phases of improving performance, including organizational restructuring, quality improvement, physician practice organization and physician relations, and leadership development.

Prior to serving as a Principal of Treo Solutions, Mr. Rulison served as Executive Vice President of the Healthcare Association of New York State and Executive Director of Healthcare Trustees of New York State. Mr. Rulison served for fourteen years in a number of senior staff positions in the New York State Senate, ranging from Director of the New York State Council on Health Care Financing to Program Director of the New York State Senate Office of the Deputy Majority Leader.

Mr. Rulison has served as an Adjunct Professor in Political Science at Siena College. He has completed advanced graduate work in Political Science and in Canadian-U.S. Relations at Brandeis University, and served as a Research Fellow at the University Consortium for Research on North America at Harvard University.
