Paul F. Rulison (Principal)

Paul Rulison has over 25 years of experience in the health care field, including serving as President and CEO at a number of community hospitals.

Mr. Rulison works extensively with health care organizations in all phases of improving performance, including organizational restructuring, quality improvement, physician practice organization and physician relations, and leadership development.

Prior to serving as a Principal of Treo Solutions, Mr. Rulison served as Executive Vice President of the Healthcare Association of New York State and Executive Director of Healthcare Trustees of New York State. For fourteen years, he also served in a number of senior staff positions in the New York State Senate, ranging from Director of the New York State Council on Health Care Financing to Program Director of the New York State Senate Office of the Deputy Majority Leader. Mr. Rulison has served as an Adjunct Professor in Political Science at Siena College.
